Guestrooms
Heritage Hotel offers a wide range of stylish designed rooms which are fully equipped with modern facilities and amenities. Each of the 88 rooms consisting of 26 Standard rooms, 51 Superior rooms, 9 Deluxe rooms and 2 Suite rooms is tastefully designed and furnished to the highest standard of comfort. All the rooms are also provided with split unit air conditioning, hot and cold shower, coffee making facilities, ASTRO (Satellite TV) channels, IDD, writing desk and hair dryer on request. Inter-connecting rooms are also available. They are thoughtfully designed with access for disabled individuals as well.

Housekeeping
Guests are advised to keep their room doors locked at all times and do not leave anything valuable such as money or jewelry in their rooms. Housekeeping service is conducted once daily. Towels and toiletries are provided in their bathroom for guest’s personal use in their respective room.
Laundry services are also available. Guests can contact the housekeeping department for their laundry pick-up. Laundry collected before 10.00am and be collected on the same day whereas after 10.00am, laundry can only be returned the following day. |

Front Desk
Our well trained receptionists are always ready to welcome guest with a smile. All check-in and check-out will be prompt and procedures are generated by our updated hotel software. The counter is opened 24 hours a day. Currency exchange is also available for your convenience. As for transfers to the airport, a service cab can be arranged at the Front Desk. |

Check-in
All arriving guests are required to fill up Guests Registration Form and pay a deposit for the number of room night charges. VIP will be escorted to their room by front desk personnel and registration card shall be signed inside the room.

Check-out
Standard time for guest to check out is before 12.00 Noon. Late check out request 2.00pm can be considered if rooms are available. Kindly inform the reception counter regarding your late check-out. For luggage collection, guests are requested to contact the front desk or bell counter for assistance.

Payment
Guests can settle their hotel bill either by cash or credit card. We accept both Master and Visa credit cards. LPO should be issued from their respective departments and must be attached with all supporting document for government account. As for corporate account on credit basis, must have a letter of approval on LPO issued by their respective company concern.

Wake-up call
Guests are required to contact the receptionist counter for their wake-up call request the night before.

Secretarial Support
Secretarial services are available at a small charge.

Safe keeping service
Valuable items, passports, cash and other important documents can be deposited at the safe deposit boxes, at no extra cost. Guests are required to sign-in and sign-out at the deposit record book. The Hotel cannot be held liable for personnel belongings and property not kept in the safety boxes.

Facsimile and courier service
This service is available at the front desk counter with a minimum charge. For courier services, guests will be charged the same amount charged by the courier company.

Travel/ Tour information and Car Rental
“The Reef Dive Resort” which is located at Mataking Island, East coast of Sabah and their sales office is located next to the front desk. “GTS Travel Services” is also located in the building as the hotel can assist in air ticket and tour arrangements.

Conference & Banquet Facilities
Heritage Hotel provides function and conference rooms of various sizes and configurations. They are equipped with advance-visual facilities. LCD Projector, TV Monitor, VCD / DVD Player, laser pointer, desktop, Internet facilities. Other equipments can be provided with advance notice.
